Members of Care Wisconsin Health Plan's Medicare Advantage and Wisconsin Family Care Partnership Program Medicare Special Needs Plans must obtain care from network providers.
“Providers” is a general term that the plan uses for physicians, medical specialists, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other care providers that are licensed and/or certified by Medicare and the state to furnish health care services. Network providers have signed a contract to provide services to members and follow the policies, procedures and guidelines set forth in the Provider Manual.
